Those minks are vicious and they can get into any hole or crevice because of there body type.They will kill hundreds of rats in an hour.

Why not just give people large plastic garbage bins that have a top? Of course you’re gonna have data everywhere if you allow people to throw trash out on the street,

I’d also fine people who don’t use a bin.
