The ultra wealthy keep playing in our faces. They not even hiding it anymore.

Regular folk can’t even go to ball games anymore because arenas have become a hangout for corporate clients and the very rich. I saw a YouTube video that showed the rich buy court side tickets for thousands and either don’t show up at all or they leave their seats to go hangout in the ultra exclusive areas of Arenas. They contrasted this with the 90s when court side seats were filled with passionate fans.

Hell, IMax for a family if with snacks with hot your pockets.

And these are just a few examples of the typical family being priced out or squeezed to death with subscription services.

If Americans weren’t so impressed with money and the rich… :francis:

You a member?

I can't imagine they'd let anyone just in. Especially with homeless and people with mental health issues roaming about

You don't need to be a member in LA so it's crazy to think that will work over here.

Its not for normal people. it could work.

Its intended to be a social mixing area for the wealthy. Id compare it to country clubs or golfclubs or motor clubs with high dues, but make excellent networking opportunities for bankers, biglaw lawyers, consultants, stock people, c-suites, probate equity, and vC guys.
I was apart of a flight club in Tampa on Davis Island (Jeter lived there and Brady).
:skip:
It was a short period while I wanted to get my PPL. A bunch of doctor CACs and a few lawyers.
Great conversations though. They love seeing young bloods trying to fly.
:obama:
I few CACs wouldn’t look my way though.

This is basically a social center for the 10 million dollar and up club. People who don't even blink twice about spending 100k or more a year just to rub elbows with the elite in a hyper exclusive supermarket/country club. I find the concept obscene especially in these times.

Went there when I was in LA. Literally the most bougie place I've ever been to. Expensive for no reason, unseasoned everything. I wonder how good it'll do in NYC.
You can sell rich people everything if you tell them it's exclusive and makes them better than the peasants.

They have something similar in China..where there are farms just growing food for the super wealthy because they don't trust regular Chinese produce.
