I will say something jank happened the last governor's race. Cuomo was running against the Sex in The City lady Cynthia Nixon. Who in reality had no shot. I voted at the same location for literally 7 + years, but when the primary voting day rolled around I wasn't registered or they couldn't find my name. I had to do an absentee ballot which only gets counted of the race is super tight. Cuomo wins in a landslide. When it's time to vote in the general against the Republican just like a few months later. My name is back on the rolls like nothing happened.
NY City and NY State politics is very corrupt.
