Speeding ticket sensors

i got a couple in the mail. thank god its no points on ya insurance, but this is some bullshyt. if you go over 35 mph on a 25 mph street thats where it tags you. if you pass a speed limit sign that says "monitored by camera" then you either just passed or are about to pass the cameras.

Clean neighborhoods
Nice restaurants
clean and safe streets
good schools for the seeds
and rising property values

What I hate though...

Long commutes
High/rising tolls on bridges and subways
unpredictable traffic gridlock
alternate side parking
insane rents/housing
too many god damn hoods

1) The people who decide to stop and hold a conversation in the middle of a busy sidewalk

2) when 3 or more people try walking side by side on the sidewalk taking up all the damn space

Or the people who walk on the wrong side of the sidewalk not knowing the unwritten rule is too walk like its a car lane

Parking
Driving in Brooklyn, there is absolutely no quick way through Brooklyn.
Hipsters
People that say the bad ol days are back or the city is worse than ever, did everyone actually forget how bad the city was at one point.
The character is going away, there is none left in Manhattan.
All the famous mom and pop type places disappearing for chain stores or condos.
People that double park even though there is a fukking parking spot 5 feet away, those people deserve slow painful deaths.

Some of them be saying that all willy nill and they look like white boys and white girls.

I'd like to tell some of them that that shyt won't fly in other parts of the country and in some areas black folk might beat the shyt out of you or worse if you say that...but I doubt they will go outside of New York.

In fact, the lack of racial awareness some hispanics in NY have is truly troubling.

I knew this PR chick that used to be oblivious to race, then she went to upstate for a weekend or I think it was Mass and had a real terrible experience there.

She went from being a white apologist who thought racism did not exist to "I seriously can't stand white people" real damn quick after that.

It's changed to the point where's there's nothing special about it but expensive rent and and a good transit system. This is not the city I grew upin.

It be even worst hearing them talk to white boys in the clubs or in line using the n-word with reckless abandon and them white boys looking at them confused then looking at me wondering why its ok for them spics to use the n-word and they look white as fukk.
