Too much to go through, but Kay Slay spoke about this recently. Lighter complexion women are getting preference at clubs, even when some are his events by the ownership.

As far as bartenders and strippers beefing, at least in NYC, the line has been blurred between the two. You don't know who dances and who serves drinks because both are damn near naked. Bartenders will make more money off of the strength of bottle service because of tips and gratuity.

Ultimately, I don't know what going on strike will prove. Many of these women have nothing stashed away and the money goes as fast as it comes in. Definitely not striking on the weekend when the most money comes through those clubs.

It's territorial in NYC. There aren't that many clubs in the outer boroughs. If you're a woman of color, you're not dancing below 110th Street; where the real money is. Those clubs are filled with white dancers and owned by Russians or other syndicates; A LOT of credit card scamming and fraud takes place at these clubs. Because of this, these strippers are competing for the same dollars. If they were smart, they'd go to another market, but they too comfortable especially if you already escort on the side.

Seriously tho, that is fukked up they basically cock blocked their own dancers. I been to strip clubs where female customers couldn't be dressed a certain way for fear of taking attention from the dancers yet they put a wall of hoes IN FRONT of the stage of hoes. Ah well, time to work at Walmart :umadd:
