The average consumer will be priced out of that airplane.

It’s going to be something for the wealthy.

60 passengers? Tickets are gonna be thousands of dollars.

Yeah speed is cool, but safety should take precedence

And with a plane going that fast, it would be impossible to see danger in front of you. Not even Air Traffic Controllers can save you

you talking like the sky is crowded. air traffic can track supersonic planes and communicate with them. where are you pulling all this from?

That’s not even a problem. A supersonic plane does not even fly in the same airspace as other planes. A regular plane flies at 35000 feet while the old concord flew at 60000 feet. It’s just the cost and maintenance to afford these planes. If the general public can’t afford it then you’re not making profit.

This is quite close to being avaliable for masses.

When Trump did it in 2019 for the December NATO meeting in London, he managed to get the RAF to blame the noise on their own Jets.

I agree as someone said the noise pollution is the main issue for investors

Maintenance and.......the sonic boom. With the concord folks weren't crazy about hearing that sonic boom over their cities and towns.

Watch the end of the first video and the second video.

Edit - My fault breh I thought you meant faster planes not actual boats.

also were expensive for the average person and fukked up the ozone like crazy

For one I assume it's much more difficult to overcome the resistance of water than it is the resistance of air. Water is much more dense, and therefore I'd think much more difficult to move through. It's inherently inferior if speed is the goal
yup, unless they start put money into hydrofoil technology

It will be dope, will make the world a smaller place, hoes will be flewed out to Europe on the regular.

Mail order brides from poorer areas of Europe being trafficked

The concorde used to take 5hrs, but got banned because it had too many accidents.
It didn’t take the Concorde to cross the Atlantic from london to NY in 5 hours bro wtf are you talking about? That shyt too 3 hours flat… It got banned because 1. shyt was too loud and they were only able to go a Mach once they were over the ocean and away from land. 2. shyt wasn’t economical at all in terms of fuel. 3. The accidents only started happened on the aircraft on the back of its 30 year span..
