The West Indian parade is the best display of Black Women in NYC. ADOS/FBA has our own parade but its more family friendly so you don't really see scantily clad dressed women like that at the AA parade in Harlem.



The closest place you can see attractive Black Women regularly in NYC is downtown Brooklyn. Otherwise they are scattered thought out the city. I see attractive women of every ethnicity regularly in NYC.
