Not sure how NYCC is, but out here Sunday tickets are always the lowest.

Same here. All the stars show up for the saturday conferences and sunday kinda the wrap up day. Might just do that. Ill look at the tickets the day of to see what discount i can get if any

By sunday all the good stuff is sold from the artists. It's the best chance to get deals since they just want to get a sale

Just went for the first time.

Not bad but like most conventions it's a money grab

Saw Simu Lu speak about his new show called Copenhagen Year...looks like a dope spy-fi series

But Sunday it closes early, food is grossly overpriced and most everything is located far away with really long wait times. Doubt I will attend another

I went with my fam on saturday and my legs are still sore. Its too mainstream now so you might spend a whole day just trying to get into panels and photo ops. I just go for the show floor and check out the cosplayers. Didnt spend much cause nothing really caught my eye

If I ever go again will use that strategy. Not many sexy cosplayers like I thought (saw only 2 sexy thing wearers).

And a handful of non-white artists. I was surprised there was as much anime as USA comic book showcases

Waiting for photos and panels is like waiting for rides at theme parks ..takes a whole day if you have a few lined up

I would go just to get exclusive and custom prints, and maybe get some books signed by the artist writers. Those and the cosplay are the only parts that isn’t online or at my local comic store.

I feel like if your not from NYC and come into town for this it’s a better experience.

Went with my son on Sunday to potentially avoid the extra craziness. Was cool except we saw one chick in green with her titties out :snoop:

Still packed but it didn't feel the same like back in the day, I feel all the merch I can get online whenever I want. Maybe when he's a little older he'll want to go to some panels and stuff like but he's not ready to be standing in line forever.

I remember limp-wrists used to complain about game companies hiring half naked women at E3 only for half naked women to fill every comic and anime convention, and those people can't say a thing because the women are doing on their own volition
