Glad the OP is spoilers. Disgusting that the city is such a terrible landlord. If this was from a private landlord, some city official would be grandstanding at a press conference.

Tenants shouldn't be subjected to such horrible living conditions. If you're poor in this world, nobody gives a f*ck about you.

Why don't landlords / residents use the same methods that hotels, storage, etc. use???

I'm reconsidering my planned day trips to NY.

Glueboards rarely work on rats especially a rat that size, poison is the way or metal cage trapping but a rat dying of poison and not be able to find it that smell could last for months.

Again I see why NYC paying over 6 figures to be the rat killer sheesh.
