Why don't landlods / residents use the same methods that hotels, storage, etc. use???

I'm reconsidering my planned day trips to NY.

They eventually want to move all the poor people out and convert them into expensive high rises for rich fukks to park their money

Some of them realize this wouldn’t work so they just slumlord and wouldn’t break a sweat if the entire building burned down and killed everyone in there

The property owners don’t give a single fukk and neither does the housing authority beyond how ever much they’re paid to give a fukk
