qb's are dependent on franchise/team quality

so build the foundation then you can pick the random hood ornament euro qb

If the giants draft a qb, isn’t that sticking it to the jets too?

The Redskins gave that up for RG3, and the same year first they had was higher than the Bills first pick this year.

And that was one of the worst trades in history so you don’t think competent front offices will learn from that albatross?

Apparently the Jets like 3 different QB's .. so I'm not sure it fukks with what they wanna do too much. Lets just hope Allen isn't one of the three. :shaq2:

The giants should take Barkley then take Jackson at QB round 2. He can develop behind Eli for a year or 2.

Redskins screwed themselves by running Bob into the ground. None of the players on the Rams from that trade are even on the team.

A similar thing is gonna happen with the Browns in the Wentz trade

Giants aren't gonna do anything to spite the Jets, it's not that deep.

I'm not saying they won't trade up, but I don't see it as a given. Their GM (Gettleman) has never traded down in the 1st before, and has been on record saying "you can't get too cute with the draft". Meaning he's not gonna trade down if it means losing out on top tier prospects. That's why the Colts traded with the Jets and not the Bills, because they wanted to stay in the top 10, and their GM said the guy that they want will most likely still be available at 6 (I'm guessing Chubb).

Only team I could see the Giants trading with is Denver, and I'm not sure they're all that willing to trade up. MAYBE the Browns, but I doubt it.
