Aside from the "stop resisting" shouts when he wasnt resisting im not sure i see anything wrong, here.

Mind you im making assumptions that

1. hes a legit postal worker
2. he has a warrant for his arrest
3. these are legit police arresting him.

Can someone shed some light? Or were they just stopping him on the stop & frisk policy?
