Breh think about what your saying....you think THAT many cops would leave so easily if they were so confident? They knew they fukked up bad
admitting they're wrong and walking away as the 'loser' of a situation is the hardest thing for police to do. shyt is disgusting :scusthov:

Film everything and upload live to tge cloud as it's recording if possible
How do you do this if you don't have an Apple? I was thinking of an idea specifically for nikkas, like a life alert bracelet that starts a camera and sound recording plus has GPS

I am the 1st person to say fukk the NYPD. But realize there is a incentivized system based on financials and if you find yourself being a target consistently there is something you are doing to give them a reason to think you are an easy target.
I know all about monthly police quotas and how the police are incentivized. Cops across the nation have been turned into DUI hunters. They don't care about meth or any shyt like that, because catching drunks driving is like shooting fish in a barrel. "Eaaasy money"

I will bet you 10 dollars this is the situation:

Someone called the police on those guys for selling drugs,
The police know they don't have enough for a warrant - but if they show up with enough force, the perp will think they're really coming with some heavy shyt.
Cops hear about this sting, realize they gotta meet a quota and getting their name on a report will help that so *maybe* a few extra officers show up for extra backup.

So it was a bluff that got called. The plan was: show up with more force than you need so it makes it seem like you've got them by the nuts, and in fact the more guys the better because it makes it look stronger AND those guys who go with you are getting something out of it by reaching a quota. In addition, showing up with 12 dudes you're trying to provoke a reaction that you can then use to warrant an arrest without having a warrant to begin with. They were playing poker and got called.

Even if they're selling drugs, it doesn't matter. Criminals commit crimes, that's why they're criminals. If police start behaving unjustly and dishonestly (such as showing up 12 strong without a warrant), then they're just as bad as the criminals. They're stooping to their level to catch them through trickery and not through the legal system already in place.. That's why we have laws and shyt, cops have to do things a certain way - that's why they're fukking cops. This isn't Law & Order, where you throw your badge down and take things into your own hands every once and a while, like the Wild West. Every one of those officers was :trash: at their job, which isn't really any of my business, except police officer is the most important job in America. They're the only job that can legally kill another American and be paid for it. If they start behaving like fukking mob villains, then we' might as well be Lithuania where the mobs actually are the police.

He needs to leave the city asap.
They aren't above paying someone to say they saw someone buying drugs and then plant shyt or just kill him.

The problem is a lot of Judges see right through this. You have to had paid the Judge off or have a Judge sympathetic to cops to get away with this more than once in a while. Fam in Law enforcement tell me you do this blatantly and it's someone with not a long list of priors you can get put on a blacklist then when you really need a favor they say fukk you and your SOL and have to get transferred to another district where you didn't burn that bridge with the Judge.

They know this game and play it too many times and you get Eyewitness News and DN looking for their next big scoop to keep the spotlight on the department.

Two things,
I don't think they care about judges doing them favors in the future, there's 12 of them, that's enough dudes to hold you down favor wise.
Second, that may be the situation for cops doing stop'n'frisk, but you don't show up to a specific apartment without a tip.
So the cops were doing their job, just showing up to a house which had received complaints. Their job as officers is to ask questions, make it known they're in the community, etc. etc. Showing up that strong is an instigatory move. In court it might be hard to pull some shyt on an innocent person, but if you're on the witness stand saying "We received a call first, a complaint about drugs being sold from that apartment. We went to follow up on the complaint, and at that time the suspect assaulted us". Even if the judge ":francis:" there's so much shyt going against the suspect that unless you're 100% certain it's a corrupt cop, you're not gonna risk your job as a judge, which you worked 8+ years in law school to get and is tenured af on a suspicion he fukked a soon to be convicted drug dealer over.
