Sadly the docile fukkers here in NY are more focused on Black Friday that turning up over what clearly was a bad shoot by this officer. Its insane that being "startled" is justification for whatever as long as a badge is involved. From what I understand, these officers who patrol staircases in housing projects are allowed to walk up and down the stairs with guns already drawn if they feel like it. shyt is bugged out breh.
