Bring up him doing a bid as if that has anything to do with these pigs abusing the law 
fukk are you talmbout? First of all he caught that charge at 14. Second of all you don't know the circumstances of his conviction. He coulda just been walking with some dudes who shot someone or something.
And third of all the whole incident is on camera. Kid payed his debt to society. Just because hes on parole that doesn't mean the cops have the right to beat his ass for no apparent reason. You can say him sitting on the steps that whole time. The most resisting he did was refusing to put his hands behind his pack. He posed no immediate threat to any of those officers.

And of course they wanna assassinate his character. He looks to be in good health in the aftermath though, so he can enjoy a settlement. Some other people aren't so lucky. Cops really coulda stomped him out.

It's common for them to fukk with somebody they know is one fukk up away from gettin thrown back in jail. This shyt happens all the time, there was a story recently about then tryin to get a dude who just got out the pen to set some gang members up with a gun charge or they wod frame him with drugs.

Second, I never said dude deserved to be beat down if he didn't do anything. I simply think that if he were arrested for gang assault, convicted and sentenced to 6 years for doing so, his credibility is questionable WITHOUT hearing what the cops had to say. This isn't exactly mother Terresa selling flowers on the corner here.
Third, videos never tell the entire story, heck in that situation you can barely hear or see what's going on. And you're right, he very well may have been minding his business when they decided to harass him, and of course he's going to claim innocence, but as I said before, without hearing what the cops had to say about it, I'm hesitant to believe it given his history.
Now IN HIS DEFENSE, the DA did decline prosecution, so I think that adds some credibility to his story.

All the conservatives/sellout minorities want it back because they think crime is up but it's actually not, there were more murders and robberies last year in NYC at today's date.
