It's crazy cuz we all saw this coming. On top of that, a lot of venues don't exist anymore around here that otherwise woulda been good for concert goers. There aren't many venues for rappers to perform at in NYC of all places. It's gonna fukk around and turn into London where rappers gotta hold secret concerts in hole in the wall spots just cuz of who you're linked to. How is anyone gonna do a non Barclays /MSG show in the wintertime here?
For non new Yorkers (or current ones), there's no Fever. There's no Tunnel. There's no Rhumba, BB King's. There ain't even a Playstation Theatre or Webster Hall for rappers. I don't even know what's left besides Terminal 5 and SOB's. Colleges won't approve of these acts unless it's some Freestyle shyt or some Spanish /old school shyt.
