I had gone back to NY one time, and my wife had gone inside the pizzeria on the corner of DeKalb and Wyckoff. I was parked at a bus stop, but she was just going in to pick up something they had forgot in her order. Wasn't no bus coming. Anyhow, this traffic cop pulls up, and I guess since he saw NC plates, he figured I was gonna give "respect" to his position. He gestures for me to move, and I give him the "wait a second" cause my wife is coming right then. This pissed him off, so he speeds up to go park and come back and let me know what's really good. So my wife gets in, and we pass him as he's walking to where we had been. He was pissed lol... So I circle back around the block, and he's sitting in his car, probably still mad. I pull up next to him and give him the then the and pulled off again.
