I’m not judging black people either way because I get it. I really do. The American government has treated black bodies like guinea pigs from this country’s inception so I completely understand AND empathize with the reluctance.

The vaccine does lower chance of transmission by a large %. If you are going to spread info at least tell it all.


If theirs 5 vaccinated people in a room, and 1 has covid. The chance of that 1 passing it to the other 4 is almost non existent (but yes a very small chance, called break through cases)

One of the most obnoxious aspects of these arguments is that people like you can spew as much misinformation as you want in a few sentences, with zero research or receipts, and it takes 10x as much work to ethically counter it. Just in the last few days:

Show me, anywhere, evidence that there were fewer total ICU beds in 2021 than there were in 2017. Because all the data I've seen suggests that they've INCREASED ICU capacity compared to before the pandemic (both beds and nurses) and it's still filling up. Regardless of pervasive issues in nurse staffing, it's an unprecedented number of Covid hospitalizations that is the reason for ICU units suddenly becoming 100% full across entire states, not your other bullshyt.

I didn’t say doctors didn’t know what was in the vax, I said my coworker’s doctor couldn’t tell her.

It should also be noted that the ingredients in the vaccine could be lead to a religious exemption as well based on Chenzira v. Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center,

This case doesn't actually get to the merits of a philosophical exemption from vaccines, it was moreso a procedural case - looking at whether the case was timely and whether or not the vegan brought a "plausible claim" (bare minimum standard).

There's already a century of case law that supports vaccination and religious exemptions aren't baked into those foundational cases.
