A black man I know who is supporting Trump told me that people who claim Trump is a racist haven't experienced real racism. Not saying you have to agree, but there are plenty of people out there who aren't offended by Trump's WORDS so much as they are by Hillary's ACTIONS.

It's the law. I'm not a tax expert to say whether it's a good law for the country or not.

What happens is, if you have really large net losses in one year, those losses "carry over" into your future years of profit.

So if you lose $100 in year 1, and gain $10 in year 2, they exempt you from taxes in year 2 to allow you to make up for your loss in year 1. They take it as if you're still at negative $90 for year 2 even though you gained $10 overall that year.

It's not like Trump did his own taxes either. It's all attorneys and accountants...

That's how real estate works you buffoons rental income is deducted with depreciation taxes and interest...the depreciation is added back to the value of the property whenever the property is sold... Hence your usually not seeing a tax on real estate until you sell the property and even that I offset by capital improvements you've done he also probably strategically took carry over losses on his schedule C

All perfectly legal and something every person who makes significant income does
