Illegal immigration numbers have dropped and rent continues to rise.
You're attempting to make a loose correlation on 30 year old data, from a time when rental prices were not as high, illegal immigration was higher, and we also gave amnesty to illegal immigrants.
Even then, based on your data rent rose 1 percent in metropolitan areas, in relation to 1 percent population increases.
But in reality rent has increased at a rate of 20 percent higher than inflation.
You're making a weak argument. If rent was only increasing by 1-3 percent a year we wouldn't be having this discussion.

No one has said that illegal immigration is the only factor in rising real estate prices. The only argument that's been made is that illegals further impact the already overextended real estate market. Your desire to be a troll is outweighing common sense and logic right now.
We wouldn't be having this discussion if illegal immigrants spread out in the rural areas. We're having this discussion because they are concentrated in urban, populous areas and they ARE impacting housing prices in those areas wether your ego will admit it or not.
It's not a big enough issue to even factor into the conversation. Rent prices would be out of control with or without illegal immigrants.
Let's stay on topic.

In fact they still have a HQ in the US located in Florida and another in the place in which the people who actually own and operate the company live in, Switzerland.
