Drug laws have been some racist shyt forever, tbh they should make all drugs legal and funnel that war on drugs money into treatment/education anyway. Alcohol is legal and kills way more people than illegal drugs so there isn't any good reason logically. Prohibition doesn't work and by keeping drugs illegal all they do is fuel street beef.

I ain't eem gonna lie. I'm an alcoholic (I've been sober for a few months though) and I have been to hella AA/NA meetings. All of the newcomers in NA meetings are young ass dopefiend cacs roughly ages 17-35. All of the old timers in NA meetings are old head black folks from the depths of the ghetto. It's sort of like how everybody in the audience at a Wu-Tang concert is white and the only black people at a Wu show are the Wu-Tang Clan on stage aside from a few whitewashed tokens peppered amongst the crowd with their cac friends. You'd be hard pressed to find a new generation black dopefiend under age 35 out here in Maryland unless they are a whitewashed token born and raised in the 'burbs who exclusively hangs around whites. Young nikkas nationwide might fukk with lean and xannie bars and maybe even snort some blow from time to time, but 90%+ of young nikkas know not to put dope up in their system. Cacs who fukk with dope don't like lean and say it's a "weak opiate". Cacs are late on everything. In 2015, cacs actually want to live in the hood and shoot dope.

If you go to an NA meeting sometime and you'd be surprised to see how many opportunities these rich little cacs threw away when they share their life story. Little whiteboy cacs who were Ivy League students with trust funds dropping out of school and cutting ties with their families to live in a bando deep in the hood. Cacs blowing through hundreds of thousands of dollars in "inheritance" money in months chasing dope. Rural cacs raised on farms and in small towns who bought houses at 21 years old making $40+ an hour as skilled tradesmen who decided that quitting work to pawn in scrap metal and run hacks in Baltimore city to scrape by on a dope habit was a better option. shyt is flabbergasting at the lows these cacs will sink to. Attractive young cac bytches who had six figure salary desk jobs becoming strawberry bytches on the ave giving up the cot for a shot.

San Diego has spiraled even further, then my post in here described a year ago......There's people I never thought would do heroin... it's infected this city, which is a huge transit point into the rest of the country, it's cheap and very pure here. It runs across the race/class/socioeconomic grid, but I think some are being very shortsighted, thinking it will stop at white upper/middle class, and the hillbilly midwest demo, that's just the beginning. If you factor in the amount of people in SE San Diego neighborhoods in their 20's, and teens, who are strung on lean, pills, and consider how readily available and cheap it is, it will get a lot worse.

I read the average purity nationwide for Mexican heroin is 82%, prices locally, for brown/black heroin are roughly 150 an 8th, 650 an ounce, maybe 18,000 for the block. Based on what I've heard.
