I always laugh at ‘loyalty’ from life long criminals and people who romanticize gang culture. As someone that grew up in Cali in the height of gangsta era. I remember OGs drowning themselves in alcohol and drugs because they couldn’t face the reality of all their bad decisions in the past coming to haunt them. They can’t find decent jobs due of all the felonies, so there’s not much they can do but to keep the image up and ruin the lives of impressionable teenagers.
