Oakland Raiders file trademark application for Las Vegas Raiders

Just as the Raiders are starting to turn the corner they leave oakland.

That'd be a kick in the teeth to local fans

There's been a couple of sites floated but nothing concrete.

As a Vegas guy I'm hopeful this comes through (even though I'm not exactly fond of the Raiders per se), but if you know ANYTHING about local politics and sports, there's usually a whole lot of talk and no action. There's so much cronyism and competing interests (different casinos, university, government) that usually nothing happens.

It looks promising, but I'll believe it when I see it.

As a 4th generation las Vegas native and a life long raider nation diehard ...this actually happening would be like Christmas my birthday and every fukking holiday rolled into one breh...i can't even put this shyt into proper context....just the thought of this shyt happening has me trippin...but it looks promising...the money is there...and mark Davis is committed to vegas
