Been eating this for breakfast the past week and I’ve never felt better :wow:

Can literally feel how clean my insides are :wow:

no more getting drowsy mid day outta nowhere :wow:

Bowels moving smoother than canned peaches on a glass plate :wow:

It's also a great meat alternative for dudes who lift. It's actually better than meat. When I was 20 a big guy I worked with named Jeff, who mentored me to an extent told me "if you want to be strong like a horse you must eat like a horse".

Lemme put y’all gym brehs onto a good breakfast protein supplement

comes with a shaker bottle. Add milk (oat milk, regular or almond) and keep it in the fridge overnight, and it’ll be ready in the morning. You can make it thick or drinkable, and it tastes good :ehh:

Here’s my personal oatmeal recipe that I eat about 5x a week for breakfast:
  1. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1/2 cup Red Mill oats
  3. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  4. 1 tbsp almond butter
  5. 1 banana (or half)
  6. 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  7. 1 tbsp cinnamon at the end
  8. A lil granola / raisins if I’m feeling wild
  9. 1 tbsp of vanilla coconutmilk yogurt alternative mixed in once ready (dairy free)

A cup of coffee and your insides will be clean and you will be satiated for 3-4 hours.

Except for the flaxseed that's virtually exactly what I eat. At times I switch it up with different nuts/berries or throw in peaches, apples, or mango too.
