What I do sometimes is that I reduce a banana to mush, mix it with two eggs, add some oats (some spices go well with it too) and spread it on a hot pan. Then flip it :cook:

Add an orange, maybe some yogurt and you got a W breakfast :blessed:

I love oatmeal and I cook mine on stove.

I like to add milk, nuts (pecans or walnuts), brown sugar and fresh fruit in mine.

I like one or a combination of strawberries, mangos, blueberries, bananas, apples, raisins, etc. One time i had mangos, bananas and blueberries with some walnuts and pecans...good healthy shyt

Used to love this as a child. My mom would make it and add just the right amount of sugar. The one time I tried making it, I fukkked it up…and I never tried again

It’s suppose to be one of the foods that does so.

I eat oatmeal here and there but I plan on making it a daily thing. I’ve been trying different ones lately, but still on that Quaker shyt. Two packs each time.

:patrice: almond milk, huh? Gotta try it. Flaxseed and Hemp are my go to alternative milks tho. They both contains all them Omegas that’s good for the brain
