I disagree. Alot of people just wanted the nuclear option. I've read a lot of Bernie supporters voting for Trump or not voting at all. Bernie was the dems Trump. A chance to change the status quo of lobbyist and big banks controlling the parties.

thats what this election should have been. a populist election, with two political non-establishment candidates; bernie repping the left, and trump repping the right

and i guarantee that bernies message would have secured enough moderates for him to win. easily. but we'll never know
