Honestly I've never had an issue with the use of drones. In terms of the process and the legal fukkery sure, but in general using drones? Nah, I was fine with it and still am. I'd rather use drones than send special forces or the military on legally questionable+dangerous missions in foreign lands.

Libya was the biggest mistake of his presidency to me, foreign policy wise. It was also a lose lose. If you do nothing, Gadaffi rolls in and massacres a town. If you do something, you "break it" and...well we see what happened. Still I would have taken the heat and done nothing. There was no threat to our safety. Period.

Wouldn't you give Obama dap for pulling back and refusing to attack Assad? He gets clowned for the red line thing...but he made the right decision.

libya was a big mistake because he let britain and france talk him into providing air support. "oh the muslim countries will be on board and we'll handle everything else, you just need to give us air support and it won't even cost that much." well the only thing true about that was that it didn't cost that much (compared to most wars), less than a billion.
