Politics is like advertising. They say it can do this and do that and when u get it, its a piece of shyt. I don't hate Obama but I do hate the politics. Its a fukkin game. Republicans will do everything they can to make Obama look stupid. Yet they have no plans of their own. A fukkin game.

The problem with Obama was he wanted to be be like the Dem Reagan and reach across the aisle like he thought racism was dead. You have to play the game, you can't compromise with snakes. You can't try to save a drowning person who is still panicking. Their goal was to ruin him. Yea they had no plans look at what they offered for there primary last election . I was like i thought this was gonna be a slam dunk for them and that was the best they could do.

Who gives a crap about any politician in DC?
All of them say they're gonna do this and do that for the people.
But realize that when any politician gets to DC for the first time and get on certain committiees, they get to control money.
When you control money, you're controlled by money.
Meaning you get lobbied.
Meaning those who lobby want you to spend all that tax payer money a certain way.
Meaning their pockets get greased by the lobbyists.
Meaning all of those promises to do this or do that for the people really don't mean crap.

I feel ya discussing politics is pointless cuz everyone thinks they know best. I do strongly believe the war got him re elected and that's that. I think Bush played up being a dumb Texan to get elected in his home state. Texans aren't voting for slick talking, Ivy-leagued educated snobs. Most of the politicians down there didn't go to fancy schools, they went to UT Austin, A&M and SMU. Bush was an Ivy-leaguer twice over. Mitt Romney and George Bush were classmates at Harvard Business School, both graduating in 1975. One comes off as a pretentious, elitist douchebag while the other one is a real American. Romney was one of the worst Republican candidates, and I'm a Republican. He just came off plastic. Seriously, he might as well have said something like, "I love American sports. Especially Tom Brady.
