I'm not so sure he would of won honestly. Barack lost votes from '08 to '12...Obama didn't take Trump seriously this cycle and even said straight up he won't be President so I'm sure his campaign would of been one of arrogance similar to Clinton...Its not a slam dunk he would of won

Talking to the down trodden is dudes bread and butter. Him and bill smooth as shyt. We saw this during the DNC. Bill and Barry are way more likable candidates than HRC. And Barry is more likely to have given an actual olive branch to Bernie supporters. Like he did with Hill supporters in 08. One of Hillary's biggest flaws is arrogance. Barack shares this to some degree but I don't think to the same extent.

There would have been but you are underestimating Obama's personality and rock star appeal.

The man is a brilliant campaigner and he would have gotten more turnout in the critical areas HRC lost.

Would his margin have been more than 2012? Probably not but he would have kept the blue wall and probably helped get the Senate back by winning 2-3 more seats.

Dems got 6 additional House seats... maybe would have gotten more there too.

Obama would have easily beat Trump. How is this even a discussion? Hilary won popular vote by 2.8 million. Obama would have probably won by at least 4 or 5 million in popular vote which meant he would have won more states with it.

Plus if you compare Obama's campaign to Hilary's, Obama hit places that Hilary didn't hit up because she assumed she had the vote. His campaign was serious. Obama would have carried states that Hilary didn't carry.

Really, anyone that was a decent candidate would have beaten Trump. Hilary just had too much baggage.
