How do they find the time to put all that together?

They probably scan transcripts of speeches for particular words, just using the "find" button. Then when they found the word, they can go to parallel video. Not as hard as it seems....even though I have no video editing skills

this is like a month long project if its by someone working and resting on it. looking at his upload dates that seems to be the case

the only real time consuming part is finding the non basic words in his speeches which isn't too bad since there's sites dedicated to transcribing his speeches, so just ctrl-f them
putting the clips together on a timeline is really nothing but a day at that point with some words having to be tweaked

i know this because im an animator. i draw and have to sync faces and mouths to cut up audio all the time.

people have side projects all the time. you have as much time as you need if you use it right.
