I dont understand Obama man. Why doesn't he just do the mass commutation for non violent offenders that is about 80 thousand prisoners?

There are numerous petitions for him to do this but he keeps doing this little bits of commutations. Just do it all at once man :mindblown:

I'm not asking for commutations for every single crime obviously but just the mass commutation for people who were in prison for non violent offenses.

His whole presidency has just been so weak man.
He's a fukking coward.

the political rammifications of that pardon would be too much of a fallout for every government agency involved in his incarceration...

its amazing to me everyday how our first black president carried himself like a beta male :snoop:

its frustrating everyday :snoop:

its because of people like Obama why people run with this "The president is a puppet" nonsense. The reality is that it actually depends on the personality of the person in office...for example lyndon johnson wasn't no "puppet" lol. even though he did the most for black people he was a blatant racist so i'm not cheerleading for him...but i'm just saying from the way he carried himself he was an alpha male and it was none of this wishy washy "uuuuuuhhhhhhhhhh" "Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" shyt obama does where he overthinks every damn thing and doesn't go big.

first black president :snoop:

can talk down to black people

but let the President of the Phillipines call his mother a whore, :dead:
had China refuse to roll out the red carpet for him from the plane when he visited :dead:
Had Putin punk him numerous times :dead:
Let Assad call his bluff about a "redline" :dead:
Had Netanyahu the Prime Minister of Israel just stroll through the Obama's House and give a speech to Congress without his permission while shytting on him in his own house :dead:

Someone like Kieth Ellison would have done more for Black people

Easier said than done. He has a strict 6 point policy that inmates have to pass in order for release. I don't know if it's changed but this was reported 2 years ago on the department of justice website.
Under the new initiative, the department will prioritize clemency applications from inmates who meet all of the following factors:

· They are currently serving a federal sentence in prison and, by operation of law, likely would have received a substantially lower sentence if convicted of the same offense(s) today;

· They are non-violent, low-level offenders without significant ties to large scale criminal organizations, gangs or cartels;

· They have served at least 10 years of their prison sentence;

· They do not have a significant criminal history;

· They have demonstrated good conduct in prison; and

· They have no history of violence prior to or during their current term of imprisonment.
The only thing I disagree with on that list is the 10 year thing. That should be removed completely.
