@Napolean is right, Obama does speak in code. While he tells you ISIS is not granted legitimacy, his administration is giving ISIS trucks, ammo and money. While Obama is speaking on wanting to make sure Muslim communities were not punished or marginalized for crimes that extremists were committing in the name of Islam, his administration and the FBI are creating fabricated stories to fit the "Islam Hates West" narrative.
