No I have him tied with Nixon, and behind Bush... but not by much. He literally continued everything I hated about Bush, and increased some of it. Throw in Obamacare, the spying on citizens denial, his alternative energy gaffs, and his handling of Russian aggression/middle eastern conflicts and yeah, he has been pretty horrendous.
But to be fair, I think most presidents have been terrible.

Obama is def the worst as in has done the worst things.. but the way the executve office works makes it so that each one is more tyrannical than the last.. they expand their successors's power. He is an extension of bush.
