So out of pocket monthly cost for those on medicare/medicaid has nothing to do with a discussion on deciding to paying a YEARLY FINE (which will increase) vs signing up for a program in which they dont have to pay anything (depending on their poverty level) and prevents them from being fined? I think the act of "being fined by the govt" concerns people more than the actual amount of the fine... in fact I don't think most people even know the amount of the fine.

In college at a particularly moderately conservative school, I ran into too many CACs that hated Obama for no particular reason at all. They spoke about that guy like he was a cheeky b*stard that slept with their wife, stole out of their grandmother's purse and took their job.
