I really hate that phrase. It's a get out of jail free card (sometimes literally) for a$$holes.

People shouldn't be working factory jobs in 2019 when we have the technology to automate those jobs. We need heavier taxes on millionaires so we can have a Universal Basic Income and then the guy who would work at a factory goes to school and does what he actually wants to do instead of whatever will pay the Bill's.
