It's shytty, and a part of mass incarceration policies. You shouldn't be punished for being poor because income doesn't dictate parental involvement or love.

Obama had tons of amazing policies for black family success. He trying to create a basic level of funding for all children rather than expecting folks to spend what they don't have. Universal pre-k would have given all children an educational platform. Obama never advertised them as a black issue, but they directly helped us.
