Exhibit A: the South Suburbs. Shame what has became of some of those towns. Middle class black neighborhoods will always be in peril if lower class blacks continue to have access to them. That’s the gentrification no one is talking about.

That guy is just angry and wants his own agenda first. Anytime you do a project like that (size, people involved, magnitude) in any location, property values will increase. Just the simple fact Obama is who he is, where he placed the spot, people would have started to increase rent and property values.
