You don't need to go to whole foods or trader joes and spend an absurd amount of money to eat and live healthy. Paying $3 for a hipster cac bell pepper that hasn't been scientifically proven by anyone to be any better than a 33 cent bell people makes no sense to anyone outside of hipsters and people with too much disposable income

yeah the whole "its so much more expensive, where can I get it blah blah blah" shyt is dumb.

I'm not broke now but when I was in college I lived at aldis. 6 dollar bag of chicken breast, 1 box of rice, 1 bag of veggies. nikka thats 3 meals at least right there if not more. eggs like 2 a carton, get some lunch meat and bread, fruit and snacks if you feeling feisty...25$ at most for damn near a week of food. People just fukking lazy and like to make excuses for their disgusting bodies. Its not hard and its not any more expensive than eating out like twice a week.

Also things people need to taken into account with these statistics:

BMI which is what most of these study's / numbers are based on is a terrible system to determine if people are overweight or in shape. I'm technically obese and I'm in better physical shape than 99.99 percent of the population

Black people on average have more lean body mass than other races so that = higher body weight. Most of these study's fail to take that aspect of it into account

Men have more lean body mass than women so we burn more calories than women, it is also much easier for men to put on lean body mass. Plus men tend to work more physical jobs on average than women so before this becomes a gender issue, we have it much easier than brehettes when it comes to keep ourselves up which even most of us still don't take advantage of.

Vega One has the most amazing, delicious chocolate vegan based protein shake. Also, try drinking atleast two gallons of water per day, more fruits and veggies, less white breads and carbs. Don't be too strict either though, sometimes a treat every now and then is good. Bragg organic apple cider vinegar is also a must. Great for skin, great natural aftershave, great for getting rid of a cold, cleaning the bathroom, washing hair, unclogging drains, cleansing out system

Drinking water is the best thing that I've done while cutting. It cuts my appetite in half.

Whatever or whoever you want to blame it on. Older heads always say "my people from the south" when it comes to what they eat and how they eat.

That's not even that relevant to the fact that in 2015 people know what they should and should not be eating but people make the choice to eat like shyt and then want to complain about it while wanting every one to feel sorry for them for being fat

I've been personal training for over a decade so I've had countless conversations and interactions with people about their eating and exercise habits and outside of the very very small percent with legit health problems it's people being weak minded and lacking self control when it comes to food
It's a lifestyle habit not many are willing to change. I don't trust labels, so my mother has taught me how to make baby food. It starts from the beginning.

Seeing this stats is how I know the whole "Men are allowed to be fat" feminist narrative is some white feminist bs, the stats in THEIR community support that, but its a very different situation for blacks and Latinos
