We ain't talking bout no 1-2 mistakes here and there. We talking about a dozen stupid decisions every game - bad shots, bad turnovers, not seeing the open guy, not making the right pass or running the right play, not keeping the right guys involved, and so on.

If you can't tell that facilitators like CP3, Curry, Wall, TP, Conley, Lebron, Harden, Rubio, Draymond, etc. stay making FAR better decisions with the ball than Westbrook does, you're clueless.
Only LeBron, TP, and Curry have resumes comparable to or exceeding Russ'. But Im the clueless one? Draymond my nikka? Did you see him in the Olympics outside of GS system? Wall? Mr stand on the scorers table when he ain't won shyt? Harden? :russ: then you got CP3-- aka The Little Engine that Couldnt.

What fukking "resume" are you talking about that shows the Russ is a better decision maker than those other players? :dahell:

He's won ONE playoff game as the main guy. :heh:

And no one is denying that he has physical gifts...we're talking about his bball IQ and DECISION MAKING.

It's like trying to argue that Dwight Howard has a higher bball IQ than Marc Gasol because he's made more Finals. :dead:

A number of all-time greats were adamant that Russ just had the best individual season ever. So you're saying any low/average BBIQ player with similar physical gifts could accomplish what Russ has?

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
I don't know about holding him back. But last year it was ridiculous that KD can score 27 in a closeout loss, while westbrook shot 7-21, yet KD gets blamed for "choking" and losing the series.

When I saw that I was saying fukk okc too, cause they obviously didn't know what they were talking about and they took Westbrook's side. So that's who they got to retain. Don't see what there is to be mad about when they made their decision.

He would have been better off playing with Harden than Westbrook.

The crazy thing is Durant is 28 and is now just going into his prime. He will likely dominate the game for another 5-6 seasons barring injury with his skill set. He probably wins another 3 rings at least.
I dunno about dominating for another 5 to 6 years. That lanky frame of his can't take the grind for that much longer. Unless he joins Bron for a mid season stay at the Balco Rejuvenation Clinic every season. :troll:
For real though I can see him flaming out by 31.

Listening to the Bill Simmons interview with KD he mentioned more than once the high bbiq of everybody on the Warriors.

Seemed like a subconscious shot at Westbrook.:sas2:

Let's just disregard that OKC role players were complete shyt.

They got Andre Roberson playing the 2 and 3 and he couldn't throw the ball in the ocean.

such a horrible year for basketball and basketball discussions

so KD just won a title and you are looking for ways to make him look like he is supposed to have like 3 titles by now

there are so many nba players, hall of famers, who never ever had a chance to play with a teammate as talented as westbrook

a term "holding him back" gets applied to players who are big negative on the court. And westbrook is far from that. Remember the year when westbrook got injured by beverley in the playoffs, the grizzlies eliminated that team very quickly on next round.

At the end of the day they couldnt figure out how to win it all, especially las years meltdown, and they deserve the blame equally. To call westbrook "holding him back" is a cheap way to make KD's ring chasing sound acceptable
