I disagree but I do think he was lucky and just an exception to the rule. But you cant be a pro athlete and out there eating McDonalds and Burger King
How? Getting injured from a dudes hitting a planted leg had or from a contact sport has nothing to do with nutrition. Bad nutrition and the lack of exercise size has messed up a lot of players longevity, Chad was just crazy gifted.
I use to eat McDonald's because it was cheap and I was on a budget. How are you a muilti millionaire who is a professional athlete but still putting that bullshyt in your body.
Football is such a sport of being explosive that IMO a lot of guys who are athletically freaks can eat bullshyt and still play. IN more endurance based sports like the NBA though, you live and die by your diet. Its why a lot of NBA guys are going toward the plant based thing. The fiber and Complex Carbs found in fruits and veggies keep your energy levels more stable throughout a game.
Nutrition is key. Chad, was one of those that got lucky and also dude didn't add a ton of muscle to his frame, he wasn't carrying much to break and he took some shots from them Ravens man. Nutrition helps with a lot but someone taking you out at the knees while leg is planted is something broccoli, tofu or spinach cant help with
So eating McDonald's every now and then is a no no for a athlete but clubbing and drinking is just fine huh
Pretty much. Gronk couldn't do anything about TJ Ward blowing out his knee or his arm being broken and doctors causing an infection. Some injuries are not controllable.
This nikka eats Mcdonalds like every day. Does he have a sponsorship or does he really just love that shyt?
its all fun and games till cancer shows up. Health is more than how you 'look'. As long as his blood work is good then I guess more power to him.
