Esteban Nunez, the killer, was a congressmens privileged son, who wanted to be a gangster, despite his father, and his upbringing being entirely suburban and safe, he drove down to SDSU with friends for a party, and they basically stabbed an innocent kid to death, pled out, and saved by his father's connection to Arnold.
