i don't have faith in morpheus lasting long...i tried it out and the resolution looked more like 720p instead of 1080p (i'm not a resolution fanatic and i instantly noticed it) and after 10 minutes of playing a racing game and exploration game, the fun started to fizzle fast. i don't think it'll stick with consumers for the long run unless they have some gems in their back pocket that they're waiting to drop but games like zombie taxi and simulators isn't gonna be enough to lure the casuals into PSVR.

i'm not an early adopter so i'll wait for the 2nd generation of oculus before taking that jump. i heard the resolution on it is gonna be 720 x4

People they showed zombie taxi to show a diverse lineup and the PSVR is 1080p period regardless of what your eyes tell you. Golem action adventure, Eclipse exploration, Distance twisted metal style combat racing, ace combat, GT Sport and on down the line. Again the Screen on the PSVR is a 1080p screen with a 120hz refresh rate. Minimum games will be 1080p 60fps 120 reprojected better graphics Med 1080p 90fps ok graphics but still 1080p. I don't get this argument whatsoever.

PSVR is underwhelming and if you're gonna go VR then oculus is the best experience you're gonna get right now or wait it out for the vive.

OK Dude, not in a pissing contest about which is better. I have used GearVR Cardboard, PSVR, oculus, and VIVE so miss me with all that other shyt. PSVR is a very nice set up.

Ya'll realize this is just the first major VR headset to release and they aren't expecting them to go mainstream until the tech improves and prices drop, right?

For me, this is why it's not worth looking into at the moment. I'm not a hardcore PC gamer, so I couldn't care less about what comes to PC, but VR on a console is worth looking into... just not at this moment in time. Gonna wait a few years and let the bugs and the market get figured out.
