Eh, kinda. Comin' Out Hard is fisher price quality at times. They've always been regional but they improved drastically. And I think ODB's album is better than every single southern rap album, ever. I promise you I feel that in my heart of hearts. You're acting as if 'Return' isn't a cornerstone of arguably the GOAT run in all of hip hop. It's not a diss really. It's just a testament to greatness.
