Odd things that you find very therapeutic

Manual labor. Cleaning the house. Doing laundry. Doing dishes. All that stuff clears my mind.
That might not be "odd" though.
I love just staring at things. That's kind of weird. During the last week we've had a few clear-sky nights with the moon shining brightly. To the point that the moonlight shines into my bedroom (I live on the top floor of my apartment building). And I'll just sit there in the dark, staring outside at the river and town. Twice last week I didn't go to bed for like 2 hours because of it. I don't remember what I was thinking about though.
