Odell Beckham explains why $100 million contract isn’t really a lot of money “if you think about it that’s only $60 million after taxes”

Keep in mind if your net worth Is at least $2.3 million you're considered wealthy. So being ultra ultra wealthy isn't enough for him. He feels entitled to live a lifestyle he knows he can't afford just because he's an athlete. Peep the other fools shaking their heads in agreement.

Some of you all got hooked on the title and not what he actually said.

Odell is actually saying a lot of athletes don’t have good financial acumen and don’t appreciate how limited their earning window is so they blow through contract money like there is no tomorrow.
We know what he said, and the point is nikkas don't give a fukk:mjlol:

This is the wrong climate to be out here talking about the struggles of making 60 million dollars last:mjlol: Like I said these athletes and celebs have no idea what's on the horizon. People are hurting bad

During COVID I remember a shift in consciousness when nikkas starting turning on celebrities who were complaining about having to quarantine in their mansions with unlimited resources while nikkas living paycheck to paycheck in a modest apartment and were suddenly unemployed had to also worry about sudden death. Point is nikkas saying Odell is out of touch because even if he's right nobody cares

A lot of these athletes and rappers act like they were born with parents that were worth billions and then list it so they had to rebuild the wealth :mjlol:

"Can't even get half of Michael Rubins house with that measly ass NFL salary!!"

Los Angeles ,California…
I will never know the feeling of having 60 million dollars but these players come into the league and is surrounded in the locker rooms or hear stories about other players having financial problems because of bad investments, financial advisors, baby mamas, and over spending and majority of these nikkas fall in the same trap

And now with kids getting paid in college.

Your first purchase when u get a 5 year 100 million dollar contract is your one home that you will consider living in the rest of your life… fukk all that other shyt of giving parents a home and your home boys money

The house you buy your parents you paying on that shyt to

You get your parents a house once u get a big endorsement deal and use that for a nice cheap home

But these NBA/NFL nikkas really want to live like rappers and live out the big meech street life and wonder why at 35 years old and no team giving u another contract that u are broke

And those so called friends and second and third family members are gone and u sitting there next to us coli nikkas on the job

Thank you…

These lame ass players are nothing more than hype. Beast and OBJ is a super fukking corny hype beast. If you don’t try and keep up with the Jones and live a modest lifestyle one contract of $100 million should last you a lifetime

Yall say anything sometimes, without taking into account, simple circumstances.

Thing about yourself at 21/2/3/4 and someone gives you a 100 million.

Most of the time they go broke because of child support and divorce, then family obligations, then living large. If it was just mansions and lambos, they could recoup a good chunk.

You could "LLC" your money :troll: but mess with the wrong female (s) and that money gets cut in half. And they don't pay tax on child support. Your 100 turns to 60, and then she takes 30 of your net income cause you DM'd the wrong one. Don't let their be additional broads with kids, because they gonna put their hands on your remaining 30.

Age is no excuse…:childplease:

Get a financial planner. Live below your means. Live off your endorsement money & not your contract…

Absolutely no excuse to be broke if you seeing 100 ms

fukk outta here

Number 1.. tell people around you no

Number 2. fukk the flossing and buying multiple cars, jewelry, tricking..

Number 3.. don’t buy a 10 million dollar house especially in a state like California

Number 4. U have connections get in contact with players who agents/financial advisors been straight and don’t fukk their clients over

:pachaha:
But nah, these guys finance lifestyles of those around them to match the ones that they earned and then wonder where it all goes when the cheques stop coming in after retirement and those people fukk off with what they already got.
What's even worse is barely any of 'em pivot that wealth into income. No basketball camps, no sound investments that aren't from "Hood hedge fund managers" no continuing sponsorships, nothing.
Don't even get me started on the multiple kids from hoes.
