If we going off of inside game midrange and 3 point shooting then only Dream can truly compare. In no way am I saying that Joker is better then any of them but offensively he's got some tricks in the bag where Shaq was just brute strength and Wilt was a combo of that and skill but not to the effect of basically being a point shooting center which Joker is.
Offensively? None besides maybe Kareem. Great volume great efficiency. Decent FT shooter. One of the most efficient shots in history. Good playmaker and passer
2-3 plays repeated on a hundred highlight films got some of y'all wildly overrating Wilt offensively. We're talking a guy who struggled to hit 40-50% of his free throws, who came into a league that only had three other players over 6'8" his rookie year, on teams that had actual quotas on Black players. Plus his only high-scoring seasons were when the lane was still just 12 feet across, which meant a center could camp out just 5 feet from the basket, which for Wilt was a step and a dunk. And he still shot just 50% from the field being way taller, bigger, and more athletic than everyone else. You see highlights of the 20 shots a game he made (90% of which were dunks and layups) but not the 20 shots a game he missed. There's a reason his teams never got anywhere in the playoffs until he took a back seat on offense.
Wilt was not as talented offensively as anyone else on the lists you're making. Throw Shaq, Kareem, Hakeem, and D-Rob into the NBA in 1959 and they would have been ridiculous.
