I don't think that they run up into somebody else city acting like tough Tony. I am telling you what the Hell they will do. The mindset is totally different than in many of those other places I have lived and visited. You can go from 0-60 with a Chicago nikka and not even realize that you are about to be in a scrap or worse. I saw multiple fights growing up where somebody was just looking at somebody. Not actually saying anything. Just looking at some nikka in what was perceived to be the wrong way. I have never seen any shyt like that anywhere else and I have been in a lot of hoods in a lot of different places.
