@JamilALAmin San Diego has Mexican Mafia, and La Eme, and they have a lot of clout, all Southern Cali (Mexican) gangs kick up to La Eme, so that gives them a lot of reach, but they aren't nearly as structured or organized. I don't know a lot about GD's other then basic Larry Hoover, and that they are heaviest in Chicago, I think. A spokeperson for the FBI said something like 'They were organized to the point they wanted to able to run the country if the US government failed'.

Three things that bring down these groups, #1 is the violence. If they kept it strictly work and business, and cut out the heavy handed shyt, lot less attention. And #2 the serious fraud cases, and obviously #3 is the flashing and reckless spending.

This gets these groups caught every single time....they forget why they in it, fall in love with the violence on some ego shyt for a while til finally the whole group is hot, noticeable and gets brought down.

Gangs always fail, 1. Because murder is a no no...virtually an instant loss for any organization and 2. Because u can't keep tabs on every goofy immature cat with a rachet in the group and what their actions will be.
