They were hyping that Glennon kid. Yesterday was the first time I saw him play and he didn't look great at all. He'll probably be available for the Bills

Heard his stock might rise depending on the Combine, if that is the case then I think Arizona probably going to get him.

He has a cannon for an arm but is kind of a statue in the pocket from what I saw. You're right though, unless looks awful at the combine he probably won't fall to the Bills. I'm thinking Bray might be available

The Bills just made a GREAT OC Hire! Congrats to Nathaniel Hackett. Very innovative coach...the K-Gun is back in Buffalo!

Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet
Think #Billsmafia may like Nathaniel Hackett: Jim Kelly gave him the 90s playbook when Hackett was an assistant with Bills in 08 #KGun

Bills fans, how is Chan Gailey? I don't think he is that good, hence him getting fired, but how is he, He is being considered for the Raiders OC job? I was hoping for Norv Turner, but that's a long shot. Gailey is considered the favorite right now to take the job, what's his positives and negatives when he was with the Bills?

He's a very creative offensive coach, not afraid to think outside the box. As a head coach, made some ballsy calls.

With better personnel his system may have worked, but they didn't have the horses. Which is sort of his fault, he stuck with guys longer than he should have. Kept Fitz in games when it was clear he was playing like shyt, too many multiple INT games.

He had a mediocre QB and only one true great WR (and great may be a stretch, but Johnson is at the very least VERY very good) and also a GREAT RB, whether it was Jackson when healthy or Spiller with his emergence this year, and he refused to run the ball. So I guess stubborness? Stupidity? Too bold and daring?

:ehh: I see. You can't blame him for playing Fitz even if he was doing bad, he signed that fat contract, so he sorta had to justify Fitz for playing. I remember watching the Pat's game the Bills played at New England if I remember correctly, and the Bills almost made this comeback against the PAt's in the 4th quarter when they were down like 2 TD's, but Fitz threw an INT late. Was there really any particular reason why the Bills D was terrible? Or does it all fall on Mario Williams and how badly he underachieved with Buffalo? Right now, we got Palmer as QB, he is a shot QB for the most part, but he was still able to put up 4,000 yards with a bad supporting cast, and we also have Terrele Pryor who should us some good stuff in the last game, so there is another QB he can fall back on.

These days, most coaches are stubborn, and with how pass friendly the league has become, you can't blame them for not using the running game, even if they have some great RB's too. But, right now we need coaches that aren't afraid to take chances, the Raiders offense was easily the most conservative offense this season. We were the worst red zone team too. The Raiders are going through a complete overhaul and trying to fix up the roster with Al Davis' miss he left behind unfortunately. The OC I'm hoping the Raiders get is Norv Turner, but I doubt we get him, but Gailey doesn't seem like a bad choice. Anyone will be better than that bum George Knapp that was our OC :smh:
