@Sensitive Blake Griffin regular season winding down and I'm STILL not sold on Willie Cauley-Stein at the pro level
In what way? I think he'll have a long career based on defense alone. I don't know if he'll ever be shyt offensively, he's really not very aggressive unless he's going for an offensive rebound putback/oop, though he has actually hit some midrange J's this year. I don't really know what to make of him exactly, he's an athletic FREAK. We need @Malta to drop some big man analysis on him. Willie has been playing his best bball the last 5 or so games though.

@tremonthustler1 its sometimes hard to stand out consistently surrounded by so much other talent too. Most consistent has been towns obviously but there are games where Devin Booker and Trey Lyles look like incredible NBA prospects and there are also games where Willie is the best player on the floor

i'm not trying to sound cocky but i just don't see anyone beating us
:heh: u not cocky breh. Ever since the first game I saw them play I was like :francis: no mystery to this year's champion. Hopefully the tournament delivers this year and isn't just a runaway contest for y'all

Every time I go to a sports bar with my friends and they playing I converse with my friends and every like 10 minutes I gotta quote the score for my friends to hear. The other day I kept stopping my friend and bein like "it's 41-18 in this game right now bro :beli:"

we're just too talented at every single position...our ball movement is ridiculous, there are too many weapons to even attempt to gameplan against. There has been a MASSIVE offensive improvement within the past 5 games, I keep seeing new wrinkles to our offense. We're still getting better going into the beginning of march. If someone beats us in the tournament its gonna be a colossal fail. I fully expect the NCAA to put wichita st, wisc and lou in our bracket tho :heh:

Willie been there for 3 years, I hated him more then.

My issue with WCS is that he's gonna be a nice backup C for someone, but I'm not wasting a top 5 pick on that.

Willie was a 4 star coming out of Kansas, Kansas didn't even offer him. Only reason he came back was because he got injured last year. I don't think he's a franchise player but I do think he can be a starter in the league. But again, I'm not some big man prospect analyst.

Your 4 better be phenomenal if he starts.

I wouldn't use a top 5 pick on him either, though. Draftexpress has him at #7 and looking at the people they have ranked under him, it seems like an accurate place for him to go. Obviously it depends on personnel but I really have NO idea how he'll translate to the league, but being a 7 footer who can guard positions 1-5 should give him a lengthy NBA career.
